Eligibility and Services
We offer NDIS Behaviour Support service to all adult NDIS Participants between ages 18 and 65 years who have a NDIS Plan that includes funding for Capacity Building – Improved Relationships, Specialist Behaviour Intervention and Support, and Behaviour Management Plan including Training in Behaviour Support Strategies.
Our aim is to help people with a disability lead good lives free of restrictions through tailored Functional Behaviour Assessment and Development of Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
We work with you and your support team closely to ensure the plan works.
You can be assured that all our behaviour support practitioners:
- have been assessed as suitable to deliver specialised positive behaviour support, including assessments and development of positive behaviour support plans.
- undertake ongoing professional development to remain current with evidence-informed practice and approaches to behaviour support, including positive behaviour support.
- are committed to reducing and eliminating restrictive practices that affect a person’s rights and lifestyle.
Fees and charges
As a NDIS Registered Provider Peter Conway Consultancy fees and charges are in accordance with the most recent NDIS Price Guide.
